Online Registrations No Longer Accepted

The deadline for online registrations was April 22, 2013.

1. Please note that you must be a convention registrant to participate in any convention activities.
2. Send confirmation with payment to the FEDA office (2250 Point Blvd., Ste. 200, Elgin, IL 60123) by February 25, 2013.
3. You will receive an email confirmation per registrant confirming your registration for convention. This form will also list all other activities you have registered for. Please read over this carefully and contact us if there are any discrepancies or changes as soon as possible. 4. Each registrant can pick up his/her name badge and convention material from the FEDA convention registration desk beginning on Wednesday, April 3rd from 9:30 am – 6:00 pm.
5. Hotel reservations are made directly through the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa. Please do not send hotel reservation forms to FEDA; this will only delay you in securing your room(s). The deadline for hotel room reservations is February 25th. After this date it will be on a first-come, first-serve basis if still available. We anticipate a large dealer and manufacturer attendance, so make your reservation early. 6. If you would like to take advantage of any of the spa services at the resort make your appointments after January 1st but by no later than January 25th, to ensure best availability. For more information call the resort at (210) 276-2500 and request the spa.

Convention Registration Cancellation Policy (not including sleeping rooms)

• Full refund for cancellations received by February 25, 2013
• 50% refund for cancellations after February 25, 2013
• Refunds not offered after March 8, 2013
