Eloma USA, part of the Ali Group, announced two leadership changes. Matthew Auck was named vice president of sales and marketing while Jason Jones joined the company as sales manager.
Auck assumed the role previously held by Martin Huddleston, who became general manager for Convotherm U.S. In this position, Auck will be responsible for leading all sales, service and support activities for Eloma USA.
A classically trained chef, Auck worked as a corporate regional chef for Welbilt before joining Eloma USA in 2020 as the director of sales and culinary. At Eloma, Auck combined his culinary expertise with customer relationship development and played a significant role in the strategic growth of the business.
As sales manager, Jones will support all sales activities for Eloma in the United States. “We are excited to have Jason on our sales team,” Auck said. “He brings a wealth of sales experience and culinary knowledge to Eloma USA. He will be an integral part of our continued success..”
Jones’ foodservice background includes a culinary degree from the New England Culinary Institute and several chef positions across an array of segments, from fine dining to catering. Most recently, he consulted with customers to build high-end, multifaceted kitchens for foodservice operations in partnership with C&T Design and Equipment.
