Pizza oven manufacturer and FEDA member Marra Forni has announced the appointment of two new seasoned regional sales managers, Lisa Wiernasz and Drew Richards. The two will bring a wealth of experience and connections within the pizza industry, having both worked at the same competitor, MPM Food Equipment Group, before joining Marra Forni.
Lisa Wiernasz will be taking over the eastern regional sales manager position, covering the eastern United States and Canada. She comes to the company with more than 13 years of commercial sales experience, specializing in the pizza and donut industry. Wiernasz is also ServSafe certified, having attended the International Culinary Institute and the American Institute of Baking.
“I look forward to learning more about the diverse range of ovens that Marra Forni offers as well as working with a new team of individuals who share a common ethos and mission,” Wiernasz said.
Drew Richards will serve as western regional sales manager, a role that covers both the western United States and Canadian territories. Richards has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and sales industries, having worked with some of the industry's biggest names. He is certified as a pizzaiolo by Master Pizzaiolo Instructor Leo Spizzirri and has worked to become an expert in electric ovens.
