Alto-Shaam Names Executive Chef for Europe, the Middle East and Africa

Walter Antunes De Campos Neto 

As part of its strategic growth plans across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Alto-Shaam has promoted Walter Antunes De Campos Neto to the role of corporate executive chef EMEA.

Antunes De Campos Neto joined Alto-Shaam as European executive chef in 2020, demonstrating the capabilities of the company’s complete equipment kitchen solutions through live cooking demos and product training. Before joining Alto-Shaam, Antunes De Campos Neto worked as a cooking instructor and chef de cuisine at the renowned Chefactory cooking academy in Florence, Italy, teaching Italian cuisine in four languages — Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese. 

In his new role, Antunes De Campos Neto will serve as an application specialist, working in close support of Alto-Shaam’s global culinary team in executing the business’ strategic plans and objectives across the EMEA region. He will also be responsible for leading culinary and product demonstrations, as well as training activities and menu consultations for key customers, partners and dealers across the region.
