Formed to help identify and develop the diverse range of talent within the foodservice equipment and supplies industry, FEDA Young Industry Leaders (YIL) seeks to engage professionals serving in various leadership roles by offering leadership development training and opportunities to network with other young industry professionals. 

Our Mission

FEDA champions the success of foodservice equipment and supplies distributors and dealers through advocacy, education, and dedicated member support. The association promotes the essential role the dealer network plays in creating a responsive industry that builds lasting brand trust among foodservice operators. Through a range of programs and services, FEDA helps members strengthen their impact, expand capabilities and stay competitive in a fast-changing marketplace.

On the public policy front, FEDA represents distributor and dealer interests on key issues such as the economy and trade, energy and the environment, labor and immigration, legal and regulatory reform, health care, technology, and infrastructure. In partnership with members and researchers, the association also tracks industry trends to inform strategy and drive innovation. To support professional development, FEDA offers timely information and a relevant educational curriculum tailored to the unique needs of the foodservice equipment and supplies industry.
