C&T Design and Equipment Co., a FEDA dealer member based in Indianapolis, has acquired JME Hospitality Marketing, a foodservice design consultant.
Founded in 1989 by John Egnor, JME provides design service for a broad range of foodservice operators, including healthcare, hotels, resorts, casinos, clubs, colleges, and other businesses. The company is known for its culture of applying creative vision with practical experience.
Following the acquisition, JME Hospitality will operate as JME Design, a division of C&T Design. Egnor will lead the division as managing partner and JME will continue to focus on serving as an innovative design partner that creates original concepts aimed at improving operations, increasing efficiencies and driving profitability.
The addition of JME is expected to create opportunities for C&T Design to provide customers with enhanced design services in addition to equipment procurement, project management and logistical support.
