TriMark has promoted Eric Hardt to corporate vice president of procurement. Hardt joined TriMark in 2019 as supply chain project manager, where he was responsible for consolidating purchasing resources and inventory control. As corporate VP of procurement, he will lead purchasing teams across the north region and the private label department, as well as develop and implement purchasing, planning, inventory and vendor strategies.
“TriMark has given me the opportunity to grow professionally and develop my teams,” Hardt said. “I have so much appreciation for the strong and experienced leadership that has coached and mentored me in all aspects of the business. In turn, I strive to give my teams the same encouragement, praise, and mentorship.”
Before joining Trimark, Hardt held several similar roles in the automotive, technology, and hospitality industries, including planner, buyer, purchasing manager, and supply chain manager. In his new role, he will report to TriMark President Tom Wienclaw.
“Eric is a strong leader that is driven by results, which is critical for this area of the company,” Wienclaw said.
