2026 Young Industry Leaders Retreat

This year’s Young Industry Leaders Retreat will take place at Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW) corporate headquarters, located at 155 Harlem Ave., Glenview, Illinois 60025, on June 10–11, 2026. The retreat brings together emerging leaders from across the industry for an engaging, collaborative, and forward-thinking experience.

Participants can expect interactive leadership development sessions led by industry experts, along with meaningful opportunities for peer-to-peer networking with like-minded professionals. The retreat also features insightful discussions on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, as well as collaborative problem-solving designed to spark innovation and growth.
