2026 FEDA Profit Survey

FEDA's annual profit survey provides foodservice equipment distributors with trusted benchmarking insights to help evaluate performance and identify opportunities for growth.

By comparing key financial and operational metrics with industry peers, participants gain a valuable perspective on how their business is performing and where improvements can be made. The survey is one of the association's most valuable member resources for supporting informed decision-making and long-term strategic planning.

New for 2026

FEDA distributor members will be invited to participate in the 2026 FEDA Profit Survey starting in May. This year, the association is excited to partner with Dynamic Benchmarking to deliver a more streamlined submission process and enhanced, real-time reporting capabilities.

The revamped survey will be conducted through a secure online platform that allows distributor teams to collaborate on submissions while ensuring strict confidentiality. Owners, finance teams, operations executives, and other key stakeholders can all contribute simultaneously, and, once completed, each team member will have access to customized dashboards and reports tailored to their specific needs. Participants will receive immediate key performance indicators (KPIs) based on their company’s performance, with additional benchmarking comparisons becoming available as more companies complete the survey. Data can also be exported for use in planning sessions, board meetings, and strategic analysis.

Final benchmarking reports and expanded analysis will be available in July.
