Cremmjoy soft serve and slush machines are designed to deliver the safest-to-eat, premium quality ice cream, frozen yogurt, and frozen beverage products to consumers with virtually none of the downtime for disassembly, cleaning, and sanitizing required by conventional soft serve machines.
All conventional soft serve machines currently on the market are virtual clones, using a 180-year old process for freezing the mix. These machines make good frozen products, but all need to be regularly disassembled, cleaned, and sanitized to prevent microbial and allergen contamination.
