Ali Group Adds BUNN to Welbilt Portfolio

Ali Group, a FEDA manufacturer member, announced it has completed the acquisition of Bunn Commercial LP (BUNN), formerly known as Bunn-O-Matic Corp. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Springfield, Illinois, BUNN is a global manufacturer of dispensed beverage equipment. Its products include coffee and iced tea brewers, automatic espresso machines, grinding systems, beverage dispensers, water systems, and related accessories. With the completion of the transaction, BUNN joins Ali Group’s global suite of foodservice equipment companies. In North America, BUNN will operate as part of the Welbilt portfolio.
