Ali Group Appoints New Leaders to Drive Coffee Division Growth

Ali Group, a FEDA manufacturer member, has announced two key leadership changes for its coffee division.

Massimo Giussani will take on the role of CEO of the Ali Group Coffee Division. He joined Ali Group in 2004 as director of business development, later serving as group executive vice president. In 2014, he was promoted to COO of the Ali Group Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions.

Antonio Salamina has assumed the role of COO of the Ali Group Coffee Division. In his new position, Salamina will continue to lead the division’s operations function while also taking on functional responsibility for research and development.

“This evolution reflects our commitment to creating more integrated and agile processes, leveraging the deep expertise currently distributed across our business areas and legal entities,” the company said in a news release.
