Alto-Shaam Promotes Gabriel Estrella Talentti to Regional Director – EMEA

Alto-Shaam, a FEDA manufacturer member, has promoted Gabriel Estrella Talentti to regional director – EMEA, expanding his leadership responsibilities to support customers, partners, and distributors across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Talentti has been with Alto-Shaam for more than a decade and most recently served as sales director for the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, he has helped develop markets across the region by building strong customer and partner relationships while supporting the company's continued growth. He also brings extensive culinary expertise to the role and regularly supports live cooking demonstrations at Taste of Alto-Shaam events and international trade shows.

As regional director – EMEA, Talentti will oversee sales and customer service activities across the region, with a particular focus on Europe and key strategic accounts in Africa. Working closely with Alto-Shaam’s European culinary and sales support teams, he will help strengthen customer relationships, identify new growth opportunities, and build on the company’s momentum across EMEA.
