Avanti Honors Longtime Employee With Inaugural Leadership Award
Mariah McManaman holds the inaugural
Avanti Restaurant Solutions, a FEDA distributor member, has honored Mariah McManaman, director of contract sales, with the first-ever Avanti Industry Leadership Award.
The award is intended to recognize distinguished leadership, lasting organizational impact, and meaningful contributions to the construction industry. It is awarded to coincide with Women in Construction Week, a nationwide initiative that advances and promotes the role of women in construction.
“Our inaugural recipient has spent two decades helping guide Avanti through growth and change,” the company said. “Along the way, she has strengthened our systems, supported cross-functional collaboration, and represented Avanti with professionalism and credibility throughout our industry.”
McManaman has been with Avanti for more than 20 years. She started as an account manager in 2005 and became director of contract sales in 2024.
