Avanti Restaurant Solutions Named a 2026 Best Place to Work in Both Orange County and Sacramento

Avanti Restaurant Solutions, a FEDA distributor member based in Costa Mesa, California, has been named one of the best places to work in 2026 by both the Orange County Business Journal and the Sacramento Business Journal.

The awards recognize companies in the publications’ coverage areas that go above and beyond to create an outstanding workplace culture. Both publications select honorees based on confidential surveys of employees. The Sacramento Business Journal noted that it scored surveys for success in team dynamics, trust in leadership, and communication. Meanwhile, the Orange County Business Journal evaluated companies according to leadership, planning, culture, training, compensation, and benefits.
