Megan Scott, a project manager and designer at The Boelter Companies, has been named one of the Wisconsin Restaurant Association’s 2026 Top Women in Hospitality to Watch.

For nearly four decades, Scott has partnered with many of Wisconsin’s most respected chefs, restaurateurs, and institutions to transform their culinary vision into highly functional kitchens that deliver exceptional guest experiences. Her work can be found in notable projects such as The Commodore, Lupi & Iris, and the University of Wisconsin Camp Randall Student-Athlete Center.

The Wisconsin Restaurant Association commended Scott for her work mentoring the next generation of project managers and designers.

“Megan’s experience, expertise, and commitment to the hospitality industry have made a lasting impact at Boelter and across the projects she’s helped bring to life,” Boelter Companies said in a statement. “We’re proud to see her receive this well-deserved recognition!”
