Carley Sadd has joined Boelter as director of consultant services. The hiring reinforces the FEDA distributor member’s long-standing commitment to strong collaboration with consultants to drive successful project outcomes for clients, the company said.

With more than 23 years of experience in foodservice design and project leadership, Sadd will lead a consistent, value-added consultant support strategy focused on alignment, efficiency, and results throughout the project lifecycle. She previously worked at TriMark USA, most recently holding the role of regional vice president of strategic initiatives.

In her new position, Sadd’s focus will include budget validation, cost strategy support, design-assist opportunities, and manufacturer support and collaborative training.

“As projects grow more complex, consultants need partners who can move quickly, validate budgets early, and help resolve constraints before they become challenges in the field,” said Manny Alvarez, Boelter’s vice president, contract. “Carley’s role is about creating clearer paths from design to execution and helping projects move forward more efficiently and predictably.”

“I’ve spent my career working closely with consultants on complex foodservice projects, and I know how valuable it is to have a partner who understands the pressures of timelines, budgets, and coordination,” Sadd said. “I’m excited to bring that perspective to Boelter and build practical tools, clearer workflows, and more predictable project experiences for our consultant partners.”
