Business Journal Honors Avanti CEO Mark Rossi

The Orange County Business Journal (OCBJ) has named Mark Rossi, CEO of Avanti Restaurant Solutions, to its annual OC 500 list, recognizing him as one of Orange County, California’s most impactful leaders, innovators and changemakers.

In a profile published on the OCBJ website, the publication explains that Rossi was chosen for growing Avanti into one of North America’s leading kitchen design and contracting firms. Since its founding in 2003, Avanti has designed and equipped more than 5,000 restaurants across the United States and Canada. The company has seen explosive growth over the past few years and expects to reach $115 million in revenue this year, up from about $35 million in 2021.

In a post on social media, Avanti said it was proud to celebrate Rossi’s inclusion on the OC 500 list. “This recognition comes during a standout year — ranking No. 10 Best Place to Work in OC, growing to more than 100 team members and forecasting more than $100 million in revenue,” the company said.

In addition to his leadership of Avanti, Rossi is a member of the FEDA Future of Distribution Council. He also delivered the dealer perspective for the State of the Industry Reports at the 2025 FEDA Annual Executive Leadership Conference in September, which can be viewed by FEDA members here.
