Flexeserve, a FEDA manufacturer member that produces hot-holding equipment, has made two director-level appointments. Jon White has joined the company as director of mechanical engineering while Dan Vallance was named director of digital and technology.
The pair bring more than 45 years of combined engineering, technology and high-level management experience to Flexeserve. White has a proven ability to unite mechanical and electrical design with advanced electronic control systems, the company said in a news release. Meanwhile, Vallance has shown a distinct aptitude for testing, enhancing and implementing digital functionality and telemetry across a variety of applications. Together, they will utilize their skills to oversee future innovation at the company and carry on the legacy of Technical Director Mick Stelle, who will retire at the end of 2025.
“It’s always been my goal to create new products that make a difference to people’s everyday lives,” White said. “I’m excited to join Flexeserve and work alongside Dan to aid our mission of advancing the foodservice industry.”
“Improving quality, convenience and efficiency is our combined goal at Flexeserve,” Vallance added. “Jon and I are excited to continue the already-impressive work that has been achieved, whilst offering new and fresh ideas and execution.”
