Flexeserve Strengthens North American Operations With New Hire

Meagan Crouch has joined Flexeserve, a FEDA manufacturer member specializing in hot-holding equipment, as operations coordinator.

Crouch succeeds Rachel Chin, who recently transitioned from operations coordinator to sales coordinator, where she is focusing on supporting the company's North American customer base. In her new role, Crouch will coordinate administrative and operational activities across the business, including scheduling meetings and arranging travel, and serve as a primary point of contact for visitors to Flexeserve’s headquarters in Southlake, Texas. She will also help improve workflows and procedures to help support the company’s business objectives.

As part of her onboarding, Crouch visited Flexeserve's global headquarters in Hinckley, England, with other recently hired team members to meet with colleagues and learn more about the company's global operations. During the visit, she participated in training sessions covering the company's hot-holding technology, including its Connect by Flexeserve cloud-based equipment management platform, and observed culinary demonstrations of the equipment in use.
