Giles Releases Updated Version of KitchenTrac

Giles has launched version 1.5 of its KitchenTrac remote equipment monitoring solution.

The technology uses Wi-Fi connectivity to allow operators to monitor equipment in real time and collect critical data across all locations. With KitchenTrac, restaurants and foodservice operations can automatically track oil filtration, boil-outs, cooking information, and more. The solution also allows operators to instantly update menus and equipment settings, view critical operational alerts, and display real-time utilization graphs.

Taken together, these capabilities give customers total control over their fleet and enable them to become more proactive on maintenance, avoiding costly downtime and extending the life of their equipment. KitchenTrac 1.5 is available on all Giles fryer models and can be retrofitted to bring offline units onto the network.
