Hoshizaki Alliance Finalizes Structural Concepts Acquisition

Hoshizaki Alliance has finalized its acquisition of Structural Concepts Corp., a U.S. manufacturer of food display cases. Both companies are FEDA manufacturer members.
Structural Concepts, headquartered in Muskegon, Michigan, prides itself on its commitment to quality, engineering excellence and forward-thinking product development. The integration of Structural Concepts into Hoshizaki Alliance — which includes Hoshizaki America Inc., Lancer Worldwide, Jackson Warewashing Systems, Fogel Group, and Hoshizaki Macom — is expected to enhance the group’s ability to deliver a wide range of solutions for the foodservice, retail, and business and industry markets.
