Industry Veteran Steps Into Top Role at Electrolux Professional Group

Paolo Schira has taken over as president and CEO of Electrolux Professional Group (EPG), a FEDA manufacturer member. He succeeds Alberto Zanata, whose retirement was announced earlier this year.

Schira joined EPG in 2006 and has been part of group management since 2016. During that time, he held several leadership roles, including senior vice president of commercial organization for Europe and senior vice president of business development and country manager for Italy. Most recently, he was president of business area laundry.

An Italian citizen, Schira has a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Trieste. He will be based in Stockholm, where EPG is headquartered.
