New Phoenix Plant Gives Channel Manufacturing Coast-to-Coast Coverage

Channel Manufacturing, a FEDA manufacturer member specializing in racks, preparation, storage, and transport equipment, has opened a new manufacturing facility in Phoenix.

The facility is expected to complement the company’s existing locations in New York and Florida. In a news release, Channel said it would provide true coast-to-coast coverage and enable it to continue growing its commitment to American manufacturing.

For distributor partners and customers, Channel said the new facility would reduce freight costs by cutting the need for cross-country shipping to West Coast distributors and project sites. With equipment spending less time in transit, Channel will be able to achieve faster turnarounds and shorter lead times. Adding another manufacturing facility will also increase the company’s capacity, allowing it to offer more American-made products to customers.
