RATIONAL Bolsters Culinary Team with New Corporate Chefs

RATIONAL USA, a FEDA manufacturer member specializing in intelligent cooking equipment for commercial foodservice, has announced the following additions and promotions to its culinary team:

  • Viviana Martinez, corporate chef – iCombi, Central region
  • Charlene Doan, corporate chef – iVario, West region
  • Christian Kearns, previously regional sales manager, now corporate chef – iCombi, Mountain region

These changes bring the RATIONAL USA culinary team to 18 total members, the company added.
