Refrigerated Solutions Group Achieves ISO Certifications at Wisconsin Plant

Refrigerated Solutions Group (RSG), a FEDA manufacturer member and the parent company of Norlake and Master-Bilt, has achieved two new independent quality and environmental management certifications at its facility in Hudson, Wisconsin.

The facility is now verified to meet ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards. The designation follows a previous ISO 9001 verification for the company’s New Albany, Mississippi, plant in 2024, meaning both of RSG’s U.S. facilities have now proven their consistency in quality processes, operational reliability and ability to make continuous improvements through structured systems.

“These certifications don’t change how we operate; they just affirm what our customers and partners have known,” COO Brian Casserilla said. “Our teams have long upheld disciplined processes that ensure reliability and consistency. Independent verification to ISO standards simply confirms that our systems meet globally recognized benchmarks for quality, performance and responsibility.”
