TAKKT Bolsters Senior Leadership Team with New VP of Operations

TAKKT Foodservices, a FEDA distributor member, has added to its senior leadership team with the appointment of Mark Clancy as vice president of operations.

Clancy brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics and team development to TAKKT. Most recently, he served as the senior operations director at GEODIS, where he oversaw third-party logistics operations in Hebron, Kentucky. Clancy has also held senior roles at Amazon, Victory Packaging and Regal Logistics. “His track record includes driving operational excellence, improving profitability and leading large-scale teams through complex transformations,” TAKKT said in a social media post announcing the hire.

In addition to his roles in the private sector, Clancy is a retired lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve with multiple deployments and advisory roles to senior military leadership. His military background shaped a leadership style grounded in discipline, strategic thinking and team empowerment, the company added.
