Unox Adds Active Marketing Chef

Unox, a FEDA manufacturer member specializing in commercial ovens, has hired Sarah Langum as its new active marketing chef in the Pacific Northwest.

Langum previously served as an account manager at Bargreen Ellingson. She also has a culinary background, having served as the head chef at Lucia and as chef de cuisine at Amazon’s Firefly Café.

“Sarah’s unique blend of culinary leadership and frontline sales experience positions her perfectly to support chefs and operators in the Pacific Northwest,” Derrick Richardson, Unox president of North America, said in a news release. “She understands the day-to-day realities of professional kitchens and knows how to pair that insight with equipment that delivers real results.”

As an active marketing chef, Langum will lead individual cooking experiences and product demonstrations across the Pacific Northwest.
