Unox Adds Corporate Chef

Jeff Monroe II has joined Unox, a FEDA manufacturer member specializing in combi ovens, as its newest corporate chef.

As a corporate chef, Monroe will lead product demonstrations, training events, trade show activities, and other programs that showcase Unox’s equipment. He made his debut for the company at the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) Show 2025 in mid-October in Chicago.

Before coming to Unox, Monroe was an executive sous chef at Raintree Country Club in Charlotte, North Carolina.
