WebstaurantStore Opens Its Largest Distribution Facility

WebstaurantStore, a division of Clark Associates, celebrated the grand opening of its new logistics center in Hagerstown, Maryland, on Dec. 15.
At 1.2 million square feet with 7 miles of conveyors, the facility is the dealer’s largest building by size. WebstaurantStore held two ceremonies to mark the event and invited city officials, vendors, nonprofits, and local business partners to tour the facility.
More than 150 people are already working at the facility, and WebstaurantStore expects to hire at least 100 more over the next year. The building is the company’s fourth distribution center in Maryland and will primarily serve foodservice operators in the Northeast.
“This is our largest building yet, and we couldn’t be more excited,” Clark Associates said in a post on social media. “Congratulations to the WEB team on the grand opening!”
