Already a well-known business executive within the foodservice equipment and supplies industry and in Tennessee, Patricia Bible, CEO of KaTom Restaurant Supply, has received national recognition as the leader of one of the country’s 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies.

Bible and KaTom ranked No. 37 on the Women Presidents Organization’s 19th annual list. Businesses included in this year’s honors collectively generated more than $8.5 billion in gross revenue and employed more than 23,000 people in 2025.

“The women leading the 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies are not only scaling successful businesses; they are navigating change, seizing opportunity, and setting the pace within their industries,” said Camille Burns, CEO of the Women Presidents Organization. “Their collective impact reflects the growing influence of women at the highest levels of business. These companies are redefining what scalable leadership looks like today.”

In a video on social media, Bible shared the honor by highlighting many of the 117 women who work at KaTom today. “They are teaching their staff under them, women that are coming up under them, to be better leaders, stronger leaders, more important leaders,” she said. “And they are encouraging each and every one of the people that work below them.”
