Alto-Shaam Adds Operations, Supply Chain Leaders

Alto-Shaam has strengthened its senior operations leadership team with the promotion of JK Raghavan to senior vice president, India operations and global operations development, and the appointment of Philip Stephenson as vice president of supply chain. Both will report directly to President Lucy McQuillan.

Raghavan has been with the business for more than 30 years, during which he helped to guide Alto-Shaam through significant periods of growth and change by shaping its operations, engineering capabilities, and talent development. In his new role, Raghavan will lead the continued development of the company’s India operations as a strategic global hub, while also overseeing a number of high-priority enterprise initiatives designed to support the company’s next phase of growth.

Stephenson joins Alto-Shaam with more than 30 years of operations and supply chain leadership experience working across a broad range of sectors, including foodservice and manufacturing. In his new role as vice president of supply chain, Stephenson will lead Alto-Shaam’s supply chain strategy and function, helping to strengthen capabilities across the business and support the manufacturer’s continued global growth.
