Avanti Adds Experienced School Specialist

Juan Flores has joined Avanti Restaurant Solutions as the newest school specialist for the California-based FEDA distributor member.

Flores has an associate’s degree in culinary arts and brings more than 15 years of experience in the foodservice industry to Avanti. Previously, he spent nearly nine years at Chefs’ Toys, a TriMark company, and was an executive chef for Compass Group. His background also includes consulting, designing cooking equipment layouts, and developing menus for restaurateurs across a range of concepts.

In his new role at Avanti, Flores will assist schools with their commercial kitchen equipment and smallwares needs, helping create efficient and effective foodservice environments.
