New Italian Middleby Innovation Center to Showcase Equipment and Further R&D

Middleby Corp., a FEDA manufacturer member, has expanded its network of global innovation centers with the opening of the Middleby Centro di Innovazione (MCI) near Venice, Italy.

The 65,000-square-foot facility will serve as the flagship center of innovation for the Middleby Food Processing Group. It is dedicated to the advancement of protein, bakery, and snack processing through equipment demonstration, product research and development, customer testing, and operator training. Equipped with cutting-edge industry technologies demonstrated by experts, the MCI is designed to showcase the most advanced equipment solutions addressing current and future industry trends and challenges. Customers are invited to use the MCI to collaborate, test, validate, and train with resources geared toward their specific business.
