Customer Engagement Specialists Join UNOX’s Inside Sales Team

UNOX, a FEDA manufacturer member that produces commercial ovens, has added two customer engagement specialists to its inside sales team.

In their new roles, Christina Rabas and Jessenia Rios will provide the technical guidance operators, chefs, dealers, and consultants need to make confident equipment decisions. “Strengthening our inside sales capabilities reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint,” said Derrick Richardson, UNOX president of North America. “Christina and Jessenia will help ensure operators receive the technical guidance and support they need to make informed decisions about their equipment.”

Before joining UNOX, Rabas worked in sales for Buckner HeavyLift Cranes and was an account manager for Functional Movement Systems. Meanwhile, Rios has experience in business development and client relationship management.
