Berlin’s Restaurant Supply Moving to New Space in Charleston

Berlin’s Restaurant Supply, a part of Kamran & Co., a FEDA distributor member, is preparing to move into a new space designed to better serve the design and project needs of the Charleston, South Carolina, foodservice and hospitality community.

The company said the move will enable it to stock the products its customers need most, improving delivery times and ensuring it can offer the expertise and support that set it apart in the foodservice equipment and supplies industry. The goal is to keep Berlin’s customer experience personal, responsive and rooted in Charleston’s thriving culinary scene, the Kamran & Co. subsidiary added.

“Berlin’s has been part of Charleston for decades, and that’s where we plan to stay,” Alisha McGrew, sales administrator, said. “As part of Kamran & Co., we’re investing in space and systems that will help us work smarter and respond faster to our customers right here in the community we call home.”

Berlin’s will remain fully operational throughout the transition, which will be completed in the near future. All orders, deliveries and customer projects will continue as scheduled, supported by the same dedicated local team.

“We’re not going anywhere; we’re moving forward,” said Richard Hyde, vice president of sales and local operations. “Our new space gives us more room to focus on what matters — being available, dependable and responsive to the local food and hospitality professionals who make Charleston special.”
