Clark Associates Charitable Foundation, the charitable arm of Clark Associates, has presented a $25,000 donation to support Habitat for Humanity in Baytown, Texas. The grant will help fund the development of Relyea Crossing, a new community providing first-time homeownership opportunities for seven families in the Houston suburb.

Since its founding in 1990, Baytown Habitat for Humanity has built 48 homes. The Relyea Crossing project is named in honor of the late Doug Relyea, a construction engineer who was involved with the organization. “We’re honored to help build stronger communities and brighter futures in the communities where we work and live,” Clark Associates said in a social media post.

The Baytown Habitat for Humanity donation is part of the $7.5 million in annual grants given by the Clark Associates Charitable Foundation. The organization has contributed more than $44 million to local organizations since it was incorporated in 2001, supporting more than 1,100 groups that assist people in need, provide innovative youth educational programs, and offer youth programs in music and the arts.
