New Krowne Smart Factory Boosts Capacity 50%
Krowne officially opened its new smart factory in New Jersey on March 2, 2026.
After two years of work, Krowne, a FEDA manufacturer member, has opened its new smart factory in New Jersey.
The facility will deliver a 50% increase in capacity for the stainless steel bar systems manufacturer. Its new production floor is outfitted with robotic systems, advanced machining, and connected technology that the company said will work together to create a manufacturing environment designed for the next generation of innovation.
“But to us, this is more than just a new factory. It’s a statement that U.S. manufacturing can lead the way,” Krowne said. “A statement that bold investment and cutting-edge technology doesn’t have to be outsourced. A statement that family-owned American companies can compete at the highest level by embracing the future instead of waiting for it.”
