Browne Foodservice, a FEDA manufacturer member, announced two transitions within its U.S. sales team. Mike McGrath, a 17-year veteran of the company, has stepped into the newly created nationwide role of inside sales manager. Additionally, Grace Oliversen joins the company to succeed McGrath as regional sales manager for the Central region.
McGrath’s new position represents the strategic use of one of Browne Foodservice’s most valuable assets. Having served as a stable, high-energy presence in the Midwest territory for nearly two decades, the company said McGrath is widely recognized as one of the hardest-working professionals in the American foodservice industry.
In this elevated role, McGrath will lead a new national strategy designed to expand the manufacturer’s reach in the U.S. market, provide deeper support for U.S. regional sales managers and independent representative firms, and enhance the overall customer experience. He will also continue to guide domestic product training, product development, and market strategy.
“Mike’s 17 years of dedication and unmatched passion are foundational to Browne,” said Adam Brophy, vice president of sales. “This new position is a vital step forward for our team. We are purposefully transitioning Mike into this role to leverage his vast expertise and unique strengths on a national scale, ensuring our sales infrastructure is stronger than ever.”
Succeeding McGrath in the territory is Oliversen, an accomplished industry veteran with an exceptional track record of leading sales and strategy for some of the largest front-of-house and tabletop brands in the United States. The company said her deep commercial expertise, enthusiasm, and customer-first focus will ensure that Browne’s customers and partners continue to receive high-quality support.
“Replacing a territory mainstay like Mike requires an exceptional talent, and Grace is more than up to the task,” Brophy added. “She brings the precise blend of experience and strategic vision needed to propel the Central region to the next level. We are thrilled to welcome her to the team.”
