Vollrath Names Vice President, General Manager for Stoelting

The Vollrath Co. has appointed Bob Schulz to vice president and general manager of Stoelting Foodservice & Serving Systems.

Schulz brings to the FEDA manufacturer member more than two decades of leadership experience across complex, customer-focused manufacturing businesses. Most recently, he held senior leadership roles at Pierce Manufacturing, an Oshkosh Corp. company, where he led large, multisite organizations through periods of significant growth and innovation. In his new role, Schulz will lead Vollrath’s Stoelting Foodservice & Serving Systems businesses, with responsibility for advancing strategic priorities, strengthening operational performance, and identifying opportunities for continued growth.

In a news release, Vollrath described Schulz as a collaborative leader with a strong focus on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and developing high-performing teams. His leadership approach aligns closely with the company’s values and commitment to its customers, employees, and long-term growth.
