Burkett Adds Field Service for Commercial Refrigeration and Ice Machines

Burkett Restaurant Equipment & Supplies, a FEDA distributor member based in Toledo, Ohio, has launched field service for commercial refrigeration and ice machines.

The addition builds on the company’s more than 40 years of equipment servicing experience. Through field service, Burkett’s certified technicians now deliver on-site equipment maintenance and minor repairs at customer locations, including restaurants, schools, and healthcare facilities. As part of this new offering, Burkett has added a preventive maintenance program that allows customers to schedule regular service checkups to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. The company is also offering equipment loaners that may be used independently or in conjunction with field service to reduce disruption.
