Unox Adds Active Marketing Chef for the Southwest

Unox, a FEDA manufacturer member specializing in commercial ovens, has hired John Skutta as its active marketing chef for the Southwest region, which covers Arizona, New Mexico, and El Paso, Texas.

He brings more than 20 years of foodservice sales and culinary operations experience to the company. A Le Cordon Bleu-certified chef, Skutta has held key roles with Sysco, Liberty Cold Storage, and Goodpack. During his career, he has developed skills in restaurant operations, strategic account management, and culinary product consultation.

“John’s extensive background in both culinary arts and foodservice sales makes him an ideal fit for our Southwest team,” Derrick Richardson, Unox president of North America, said in a news release. “His ability to connect with operators and demonstrate real-world kitchen solutions will be invaluable to our partners throughout the region.”
