Alliance Paper & Foodservice Equipment, a FEDA distributor member based in the Chicago area, has named Connor Flynn as its new president. He succeeds his father, Brian Flynn, who has owned and led the company since purchasing it in 1986.

Connor Flynn previously served as vice president and has been with the company for more than 10 years. In that time, he oversaw purchasing, marketing, cash-and-carry operations, and strategic planning. His leadership has contributed to the company’s continued growth while maintaining a strong focus on customer service.

“I’m honored to continue the work my father started,” said Connor Flynn. “I look forward to building on our foundation.”

During his 39 years of ownership, Brian Flynn grew the business from a small storefront with six employees into a thriving operation with two locations, 25 employees, and a fleet of route trucks serving the greater Chicagoland market. Following his retirement, Brian Flynn will continue to support the company as a senior adviser.

“Connor has been deeply involved in the business for many years and understands our values and customers,” Brian Flynn said. “I am confident in his ability to lead the company and drive continued growth.”
