CookTek and TurboChef Make Trio of Hires

CookTek and TurboChef, both FEDA manufacturer members and part of Middleby Corp., recently made three hires.

Katie Brewer was named product manager for CookTek. Previously an operations manager at Flexeserve, Brewer will work closely with CookTek’s engineering, operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the brand stays at the forefront of induction technology.

Lucy Gomez is returning to TurboChef’s culinary team. She previously spent 15 years as a culinary maintenance chef, during which she supported research and development, training, and global events. She has more than 20 years of experience in the culinary industry.

Finally, Brandy Atchley joined TurboChef as a technical writer for engineering. She has 13 years of experience in technical writing, and her new role will involve developing and standardizing manuals, instruction sheets and technical documentation.
