Unox, a commercial ovens manufacturer, has added Jermaine Richardson as regional manager for the South Central and Rocky Mountain markets.

In this role, Richardson will support customers, dealers, consultants, and distribution partners across Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. He joins the company during a period of significant investment and growth in North America. Earlier this year, Unox opened its first U.S. manufacturing facility near Charlotte, North Carolina.

Richardson brings more than 18 years of foodservice experience to the manufacturer, including 13 years in commercial foodservice equipment and five years in food manufacturing sales. Throughout his career, he has managed a client roster of foodservice operators that ranges from large and small restaurant chains to institutional and K-12 organizations. A trained chef and former operator, Richardson combines firsthand kitchen experience with knowledge of the challenges facing foodservice businesses.

“Jermaine’s background gives him a unique perspective on the needs of our customers,” said Derrick Richardson, president of Unox North America. “He understands the realities operators face every day and has built a career helping them find solutions that drive results.”
