Flexeserve Expands Connect Support Team With New IoT Manager
Jordan Brown
Technical solutions specialist Jordan Brown has joined Flexeserve as the new internet of things (IoT) infrastructure and support manager. In this new role, Brown will work to enhance the FEDA manufacturer member’s deployment of its cloud-based service, Connect, across the Americas.
Developed in 2023, Connect provides operators with complete control over their hot-holding program, allowing them to schedule hot food operating hours, adjust temperatures, and analyze data. “Connect is changing the game because retailers and operators are recognizing they can save millions of dollars in food waste, energy expenditure, and labor costs,” said Conrad Randell, sales manager, general market, for Flexeserve. “Jordan’s arrival will aid in further growth of both Flexeserve and Connect, as he brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience to support customers on their journey to sell more and waste less.”
Brown will be responsible for managing the rollout of Connect, arranging test sites for potential customers, and offering continued support and training. His addition gives Flexeserve a dedicated point of contact for every element of its new cloud-based service.
“This is a fantastic time to join Flexeserve,” Brown said. “I’ve always taken great satisfaction in finding the process and solution to meet the customer’s needs and goals. I’m excited to show how my support of such an incredible product like Connect can take automated hot-holding to a new level and prove what food-to-go programs are truly capable of.”
