Flexeserve Solidifies Sales Team With Promotion

Following the recent hiring of Scott Turbeville as sales manager, national accounts, Flexeserve has further bolstered its sales team by moving Rachel Chin from operations coordinator to sales coordinator.

Chin joined the hot-holding equipment manufacturer in February 2025. Since then, she has made a strong impression on fellow team members and customers, the company said, and has demonstrated an endearing spirit and hardworking nature. Chin made her debut as part of Flexeserve’s new sales team at Pizza Expo in Las Vegas in mid-April.

“Due to how large our network of customers, rep partners, and dealers has become, it was clear that we needed further assistance in the sales team,” said Rachel Paul, key accounts manager. “Rachel was the first person we thought of. Her ability to offer the level of support required to take our sales endeavors to the next level made her the ideal candidate.”

From data analytics to logistics and reporting, the company said Chin’s skill set has broadened since taking on her new role in sales. “Any time you leave your comfort zone, there’s going to be an element of uncertainty,” Chin said. “However, thanks to the encouragement I’ve received from the entire Flexeserve team and the opportunities I’ve been given to develop my skills, I knew I would be able to offer the high level of support required to assist such a talented group of salespeople.”
