Flexeserve Strengthens Operations With New Hire

Ericka Randell has joined Flexeserve as the new operations manager for the hot-holding equipment manufacturer.

A Costa Rican native, Randell’s experience ranges from working with a global specialty ingredients manufacturer to architectural high-performance glazing and bespoke lava stone products. She has more than 25 years of experience in operations, including work with international sales and logistics organizations.
