Hoshizaki Alliance announced two appointments to its leadership team. Deanna Marr was named vice president of human resources, environmental health and safety, and general administration, while Troy Stenvold takes the role of senior director of IT operations. Both individuals are transitioning from Hoshizaki America to Hoshizaki Alliance, the Americas regional organization that encompasses Hoshizaki America and other group manufacturers such as Jackson WWS, Lancer Worldwide, and Structural Concepts.

Marr brings to her new role extensive experience in people leadership, organizational development, and operational excellence, Hoshizaki Alliance said in a news release. Her background supports the group’s continued focus on strengthening its workforce, reinforcing environmental health and safety practices, and advancing sustainability and administrative initiatives across its companies.

Stenvold brings to the leadership team experience in manufacturing-focused IT environments and a strong track record of delivering reliable, secure, and scalable IT services across multi-site operations. In his new role, he will lead Hoshizaki Alliance’s IT operations, cybersecurity, and end-user support. His focus will be on system stability, performance, and alignment with global IT strategy, governance, and compliance requirements.

“These appointments reflect our continued focus on building a strong, aligned leadership team to support growth across the Alliance,” said Chris Karssiens, president of Hoshizaki Alliance. “Deanna and Troy each bring valuable expertise and leadership that will help advance our people, operations, and technology strategies while strengthening collaboration across our companies.”
