Hoshizaki Expands Heated Cabinet Line With Steelheart Glass-Door Models
Hoshizaki America has launched its new Steelheart Series glass-door heated cabinets. Designed for enhanced visibility and performance, the new models expand Hoshizaki’s growing line of heated holding solutions, reinforcing the company’s strength on both the cold and hot sides of the kitchen.
Long trusted for ice machines and refrigeration, Hoshizaki continues to broaden its hot-side offerings with durable, high-performance heated holding equipment built for demanding foodservice environments. The new glass-door heated cabinets offer operators a clear view of held items, making them ideal for high-volume kitchens, banquet operations, university dining, convention centers, and to-go order holding.
“With these new glass-door models, we’re delivering greater visibility and convenience while expanding the versatility of our Steelheart heated cabinet lineup,” said Seth Sawyer, director of product management – refrigeration. “While Hoshizaki is recognized for cold-side innovation, our commitment to performance reaches every corner of the operation — front or back of house, large or small, wherever dependable equipment matters.”
Available in one- and two-section configurations, the new cabinets feature durable construction and reliable, even heat distribution to keep food hot, consistent and ready to serve. Operators can choose from reach-in or pass-through designs to best fit their workflow.
